Madonna, even Guy oseary is supporting my campaign now. look at this picture that he took at MY FIRST concert in Amsterdam, last Saturday, July 07th. People, I’m getting closer, watch my videos…I still have some to upload. Madonna, you told me: “I’ve just met you” when you saw my t-shirt. Now that you met me, your must love me 🙂
My first reaction when I finished this video was to cry. I could not believe that I assembled in one video fans from 14 different countries around the world. Plus, it’s not that easy to convince a fan to help me to meet Madonna…
You will see a 3 month hard work of convincing people to help me on my dream to meet her. The countries part of this video are: Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Chile, Greece, Italy, Jordan, Mexico, Singapore, Sweden, The Netherlands, United Kingdon and United States of America
I so thank Chris America, the beautiful girl, Madonna Impersonator. She is American as our Queen. I really thought that she was Madonna herself! You are amazing and full of talent!
This video was also special for me because I met in a virtual way Adél, the guy from Jordan. Besides his beautiful voice, we lived similar situations in 2008 that prevented us to go to Madonna’s Sticky and Sweet Tour.He had cancer in one of his eyes and was in the hospital at the time of the tour.
Adél told me : “My all time dream to see her and say hi and tell her how a great woman she is and how she helps millions with her music and quotes. Listening to her music at that time made me feel alive and have hope in life and to recover so I can see her in her next tour. And that dream happened: I got recovered and I saw her – I was in golden circle front row!”
Adel will have my most precious item from my Madonna memorabilia: my Ray of Light Deluxe Version. I should ask Madonna to sign this CD for me…but now I ask: Madonna, if you don’t want to meet me, at least meet Adél.
My campaign already reached its goal – make me build friendship bridges around the world, fight against my fears, about pessimism from other people and made me be a better person.

I’ve recorded this video (believe it or not) after giving lectures at the 2 main universities of my town, Fortaleza city, last April. I’ve studied in both universities and I believe that University is the land of dreamers as well. For that reason I asked support of my ex-professors and also students. All of them are at the beginning of their University life – what it’s so good – because they arrive there so pure, full of ideas and dreams! Another reason to be there: to encourage them to follow their dreams, as I doing with mines.
I’d like to write some more but I still have a lot of videos to edit until Saturday, July 7th, when I will see for the first time HER concert in Amsterdam. Jesus Christ, I can’t even eat! By the way, coming back to the video, even if the lectures were about non-conventional Marketing, in the end, I convinced the students to be part of it 🙂 I’d like to give special thanks to Federal University of Ceará (Universidade Federal do Ceará – UFC) and University of Fortaleza (Universidade de Fortaleza – Unifor) and all the brilliant students who supported me!

Before to come back to The Netherlands, still in Brazil, last May, I’ve gotten one phone call from one ex boss. She is living in São Paulo and was following my journey to meet Madonna. This woman is one of the best Corporate Communications Professional from my country. She said: “Fábio, I believe in you. Come to São Paulo, stay with me. I’ll pay your ticket and I will record your videos”. I couldn’t believe in it. I left one TV station running then I went to the airport to stay just less than one day in São Paulo to record videos (recorded 3 there).
The first idea I had was to finish Nothing Really Matters in the Japan Town from São Paulo (I had already started in the Japanese Garden in my hometown, Fortaleza). That place is one of my favorites places in the city. Every Sunday I used to go to a Japanese fair there with my friends to eat nice and cheap food 🙂 I had the location, had the song, but and what about the geishas? Immediately I called one ex-professor who is living in São Paulo and a friend of mine – who is still embarrassed because she was part of the video. My professor was so amazing! Never thought that the woman who was teaching me on my MBA last year could be able to be my back dancer and make Japanese movements on the street. As I said in the end of the video: “We should build friendship bridges all around the world”.

To make this video was so fun that I could not control my laugh in the end. I could not expect that the presenter, Jonasluis DA SILVA de Icapuí, a really serious Brazilian journalist could answer me in Spanish and with good humor. He is also Director of Communication Department of FGF TV – a TV part of University “Faculdade Grande Fortaleza” (www.fgf.edu.br) .
It was incredible the support I had in only one month I stayed in Brazil. My ex-bosses were paying tickets for me to travel around the country and make videos, my friends who lost their shyness and joining me on my videos 🙂 Plus, media support! Everybody was calling me for interviews, to give lectures…it was crazy! I think because people like dreamers. If to dream is to be crazy, I’m so crazy – I must prefer to say that I’m addicted to MDNA. I believe I Will Meet Madonna!

Since the first time I heard I’m a Sinner I thought about to record this video in the land of sin: the Red Light District here in Amsterdam. I spent one week trying to negotiate with some prostitutes but they were all afraid saying that many people, including their family, did not know that they do this job. Then, I decided to be THE prostitute. Got my chair in the best “Like it or not” way and crated courage from the deeper ends of my stomach.
When I saw a lot of tourists, especially girls were interacting with me – it was unbelievable. And of course the street, or better yet- the bridge – got blocked June 23td with my streap-tease until the police arrived. But they did not arrested me – to be a sinner, it’s not a crime 🙂 They just said that I was blocking the way of people – me and my overdose of MDNA.
I still can’t believe that I made this video. I edited it really fast – since I recorded this video last Saturday 23rd – It’s my countdown to meet Madonna here in Amsterdam. I ask your help just to spread this video and show my love, my addiction, my MDNA fever.
Because we’re all sinners! And I like that way!

I am just 2 weeks away from the end of this campaign: I will stop uploading videos in the week that Madonna is coming to Amsterdam (she will be here on July 7th and 8th). Afterwards, I will live my life, earn money to pay my tickets and follow her in 4 more concerts in Europe: Brussels, London and Zurich.
I would love to go to my country and see her in December as well…it should be a dream – but I got too enthusiastic when it was announced that the Tour should stop in Europe and Brazil was not confirmed yet…Then I have guaranteed six tickets in a sort of symbolical way to fill all the previous tours that I’ve lost hehehehe
Talking about this video: once again it was only possible because of the support of my friends. One friend paid one ticket and other friend the return ticket 🙂 I went to Rio just to record videos and made a really amazing job there: Ray of Light on the Delta Flyer, Gang Bang in a Favela, Like Prayer at the feet of Christ and now Don’t Tell Me on the Beach!
I went to the gay beach of Ipanema and asked support of Brazilian and foreigners who were enjoying the weak sun of that day. The beach is amazing – so beautiful – I lived in Rio 6 years ago. Two mountains called the Dois Irmãos (Two Brothers) rise at the western end of the beach and you can see that on my video as well. Thanks to Daniel Cassús (@dcassus) who made a really nice cameraman job – as he did with Gang bang 🙂
The Guests: contrary to Push video, that I made with my friends, I had never met those 2 guys who were dancing with me: I just asked their help saying that it was to meet Madonna – and they believe in my dream 🙂
This song is exactly what I feel right now: even if some haters or losers tell me to stop – my faith is bigger than any pessimistic and bad feeling. I’m moved by love. I’m addicted to MDNA. Don’t Tell Me to Stop!

Friendships are the most valuable thing in this world. Imagine a really serious psychologist looking at you and saying: “I love you and I will help you to meet Madonna”. Imagine 2 big friends of my sister who are not even that close to me but accepted to help me “just” because they love my sister…and share the dream of a better world with me.
Imagine a girl who had just lost her job and calls me to say that will support me, because I give her hope. Imagine a girl who used to work for me and even 2 years later stays loyal, helping me, and on the day of this video shooting, she moved the world to get me the costumes for free. And finally imagine one woman, who comes to you and says she lost her father recently and could not smile anymore and suddenly tell you that you make her smile.
I can be destroyed, because it’s so hard to hold a project alone, editing, working, exposing myself, fighting with half of the world, receiving the most beautiful and also the most hateful comments, but I feel so happy. It’s like every time I finish a video, I had met Madonna.

My shoulder is still painful because of the editing of this video. I recorded it 3 weeks ago and since then, every night, I was editing a piece, other one… until arrive to the final result. Madonna, even if you are not gonna watch it (but please watch it), I got so happy with this video. It is my way to show my true love, my love profusion and to tell you that even not having you under my skin as a tattoo, you are already tattooed in my heart. Don’t worry, I don’t wanna you breaking up with Brahim – I’m engaged and who recorded this video was my love 🙂
I recorded the song 6 times, different angles, 2 different tulip fields and I was so lucky because I could still find a field full of tulips out of season – these fields were just waiting for me – to show my love.

Madonna, if you are going for record your next video here in Europe, I can get a flight at any time, just tell me one day in advance because I don’t want to lose my job again 🙂 And listen, I am going to SIX concerts, including Amsterdam on July 07th/8th, Brussels 13th, London 17th and Zurich August 18th.
This is my twelfth video and I’m still editing until the end of the month, I think, at least six more videos.
I am not going to scream, make crazy things (I have already done crazy videos – it’s enough) when I will meet you – I promise! Well, maybe I will be fainted most of the time…but this is something that we can manage.
